Motel Voucher Program
Families are referred to the Shelter Network Motel Voucher Program through San Mateo County Children and Family Services or CalWORKS. Through this program, families are provided with emergency shelter in a motel for up to fourteen days. The program is administered by Shelter Network and serves homeless families in San Mateo County. During the stay in a motel, Shelter Network Case Managers work with families to meet their immediate needs and assist them in finding more stable temporary or permanent housing.

"For 10 years, Shelter Network has been helping our homeless neighbors transition to permanent homes in one of the nation's toughest housing markets. Shelter Network provides both a nurturing place to stay and the critical tools people need to make real and lasting changes in their lives."
