Individual Volunteer Application

If you are interested in a regular volunteer position at Shelter Network, please complete our application form. This online application is the first of a multi-step application process. Our Volunteer Manager will contact you to complete the necessary paperwork and schedule a volunteer orientation.

If you are interested in a one-time or group volunteer opportunity, you do not need to fill out this form. Please contact the Volunteer Manager directly at lbilsey@shelternetwork.org.

Requirements for Individual Volunteers

• Minimum of a 3-month volunteer commitment
• TB test and Live Scan fingerprint report
• All individual volunteers be at least 13 years of age
